ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
Processing Time
To uphold the integrity of our craftsmanship, each Blackable piece is made to order rather than mass-produced. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been shipped, estimated transit times are as follows:
- Standard U.S. Shipping: Typically 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited U.S. Shipping: If available, typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances. Blackable cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
SHIPPING RATES & FREE SHIPPING
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, order weight, and selected shipping method.
Complimentary U.S. Shipping
We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on U.S. orders over $150.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, Blackable does not currently offer international shipping. However, as we continue to grow, we are working toward expanding our reach across the global Black diaspora.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress. If you do not receive tracking details within the expected processing window, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@blackable.com.
LOST, STOLEN, OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES
Blackable is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once an order has been marked as delivered. However, if your package is missing, we recommend taking the following steps:
✔ Check nearby locations – Your package may have been placed with a doorman, concierge, mailroom, front door, or mailbox.
✔ Allow 24 hours – Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before they physically arrive.
✔ Contact the shipping carrier – If your package is still missing, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly to file a claim.
✔ Contact Blackable – If you require further assistance, please reach out to our team via our Contact Us form.
For additional security, we encourage selecting a shipping option with insurance at checkout.
ADDRESS ERRORS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
To ensure a seamless delivery process, please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
❌ Blackable is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
❌ If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
PRE-ORDERS & LIMITED EDITION RELEASES
Select items may be available for pre-order or exclusive limited-edition releases. These products will have specific production and shipping timelines detailed on their respective product pages. Please review these details prior to purchasing.
HOLIDAY & HIGH-DEMAND PERIODS
During holiday seasons, promotional periods and peak demand times, processing and shipping timelines may be extended. We encourage early ordering to ensure timely delivery.
