Blackable is a Black-owned brand with giving built in — it's part of how we build, operate, and grow. From day one, 2% of every sale is set aside to support STEM education and innovation in Black communities through our 2% Promise. As the brand grows, the Promise grows too, so every purchase directly invests in the next generation of builders, problem-solvers, and owners.
How It Works
Simple, automatic, and designed to scale with us.
- Two percent (2%) of every sale is allocated to the 2% Promise.
- Funds are pooled over time so the Promise can grow and compound, turning many small contributions into bigger opportunities for Black STEM futures.
- As it grows, we'll direct that investment toward the priorities that matter most, through partners we vet and trust.
This isn't charity, it's investment — rooted in the belief that power, skill, means, and opportunity create compounding returns for our communities.
What Your Purchase Helps Build
Our 2% Promise is just getting started. As it grows, we're directing that investment toward:
- Providing laptops or essential tech gear to students in under-resourced programs
- Sponsoring seats for Black kids at coding camps, robotics clubs, and STEM enrichment programs
- Funding scholarships and stipends for students pursuing STEM majors and innovation pathways
We're actively building partnerships across coding education, STEM scholarships, and school tech access — organizations like Black Girls Code represent exactly where we're headed.
Why Stem?
Black culture already shapes what's cool, what's popular, and what spreads around the globe— but we are often underrepresented where technology is built, funded, monetized, and owned. Blackable exists to help close that gap over time. By channeling a share of every purchase into STEM education and innovation, we're building the skill, means, and opportunity for Black kids to stop being just users of future tech — and start being its architects.

Blackable was built with impact in the business model, not on the side. Every order contributes 2% of its sale into the 2% Promise, dedicated to Black STEM education and innovation — it's structural, not optional.
We're still early. The Promise is just getting started, and we won't inflate numbers or claim partnerships we don't have. As revenue grows, we'll share straightforward updates on what's been set aside and what it's building.
