Orders
Below are common questions about orders:
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. This email is your assurance that we’ve received your order and are getting it ready for production.
If you don’t see the confirmation email within 24 hours, check your spam or promotions folder. Still no luck? Reach out to us through the Contact Us form, and we’ll be happy to help.
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we’re unable to change the shipping address. Please double-check your address at checkout to ensure it’s accurate. If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, it may be returned to us, and we’ll contact you with next steps.
Not yet—but we’re working on it! Our long-term goal is to ship across the global Black diaspora and beyond. As a mission-driven brand, expanding access is a key priority, and we’re actively exploring international logistics. Sign up for updates and follow us on social for announcements.
Customers cover shipping costs unless a promo says otherwise. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order gets returned due to an incorrect address, you’ll need to cover the cost of reshipping.
Shipping rates are based on your location, shipping method, and order weight. You’ll see the final cost at checkout—no surprises, just straight-up transparency.
For international orders, customs fees may apply, and those are the customer’s responsibility. We’ll always keep you in the loop on what to expect!
Each Blackable piece is made just for you, so please allow 7–10 business days for production and an additional 3–5 business days for shipping within the U.S. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to keep an eye on its journey.
We believe in creating thoughtfully, not mass-producing—and trust us, it’s worth the wait.

Once an order is marked as delivered, Blackable is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, there are a few steps you can take:
- Check with your building doorman, concierge, mailroom, front door or mailbox, as packages are often left in these areas.
- If your package is not found within 24 hours of being marked delivered, contact the carrier to file a claim.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as each piece is made to order. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

No, we’re unable to combine multiple orders once they’re placed. Each order is processed individually to ensure timely production and shipping.

Shipping & Returns
Below are common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges:
At this time, we do not accept returns. However, if your item is defective, we are happy to assist with an exchange.
If you receive a defective product, contact us within 10 days of delivery with a photo clearly showing the defect. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label, and once we receive the item, we’ll issue store credit for the full purchase amount or send a replacement if stock is available.
Returned items must be:
✔ Unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
✔ In their original condition and packaging
✔ Shipped using the prepaid label we provide
Once received, we’ll process your store credit or send a replacement if stock is available.
We only offer exchanges for defective items. If you’d prefer a different item, you will need to place a new order using your store credit.
All items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if your item is defective, we’ll happily offer an exchange or store credit if reported within 10 days of delivery.
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is defective or incorrect.
If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label, so you don’t have to cover shipping costs.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges—all sales are final.

Sales tax applies to orders shipped within South Carolina. Customers in other states are not currently subject to sales tax unless required by applicable laws.
